Reserving a stay

Advance reservation of the property is possible by means of a simple reservation form available on this site or by other means of communication, (telephone, e-mail or post). An advance reservation must include the customer‘s name, address and contact details, (tel, e-mail), and the requested dates. According to availability on the requested dates the proprietor will confirm whether or not the reservation is possible.

Deposit and balance payment

A deposit of 50 % is always required excluding the following exceptions:

* When reserving a stay 3 days or fewer before arrival

The deposit must be paid 10 days at the latest after the reservation has been confirmed or within a different stated period. If the deposit is not paid within the stated period, the reservation will be cancelled. If a reservation is made within fewer than 10 days of arrival, payment of the deposit will be settled individually or in some cases the deposit may be waived. The deposit may be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the basis of a written confirmation of reservation drawn up by the proprietor.

The balance may also be paid by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival and always before the commencement of your stay.

Cancellation conditions

In the case of cancellation the client will incur one of the following charges:

• * 30 % of the deposit when the stay is cancelled within 21 to 14 days of the arrival date
• * 60 % of the deposit when the stay is cancelled within 13 to 7 days of the arrival date
• * 100 % of the deposit if the stay is cancelled within 6 days or fewer of the arrival date, or if the client fails to arrive without informing us.

The day on which the proprietor receives notification of a cancellation is counted in calculating the cancellation fee. The day of arrival is not counted in these calculations. The cancellation must be made in written form.

Arrival and stay

Check-in will take place between 15.00 and 19.00 unless otherwise agreed. Check-out must be completed by 11.00 unless otherwise agreed. A stay of one week is always from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
